Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of the community and in line with the latest advice from Public Health England, all sessions are offered online until further notice. Please see the section 'Services' for further information.

I am a London-based Art Psychotherapist working in the public and private sector.  Art Psychotherapy is a registered discipline approved by the Health and Care Professions Council. Art is used within a safe therapeutic environment as a tool of communication and self expression, which facilitates the access and understanding of feelings, thoughts and relationships of the individual. It’s a particularly helpful approach to those who prefer an alternative to traditional talking therapies. I support children, adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-harm, self-esteem, migration and identity issues, among others. I can work in English or Spanish.
